February 21, 2017

Mel Cote (U.S. EPA) and Ted Diers (NH Deptartment of Environmental Services) named new federal and state RPB co-leads.

February 21, 2017—The RPB has new federal and state co-leads: Mel Cote of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 1, and Ted Diers, of the NH Department of Environmental Services. As described in the RPB charter, co-leads are typically asked to serve in that capacity for a two-year term. The RPB is grateful to the previous federal co-lead, Betsy Nicholson of NOAA, and Grover Fugate of the Rhode Island Coastal Resource Management Council, for their four years of service during the development of the Plan. Rick Getchell remains the tribal co-lead.
